Expectant mums - Wondering what to pack in your hospital bags?
61An easy guide to your maternity bag essentials
This checklist covers all the items you’ll need for labour, mum post birth and for your new baby. Even if you're intending to have a home birth, it is a good idea to pack your hospital bags just in case. You will need to take a number of essential items to help you cope with labour, your hospital stay and take care of your new baby. Be prepared and have your hospital bags packed at around the 32-36 week point in case your baby is early. This will help you feel more in control and relaxed.

What is a TENS machine?
Great tips.
An excellent checklist! I well remember how it felt when I packed my 'go-to-the-hospital' bags. I wasn't sure what to take; I sure could have used this hub back then! Welcome to HubPages! Voted up and useful! (A suggestion - why don't you mention in the title somehow that this is for new mothers? It might enhance searches!).

Good tips, These should be in a bag some time prior to delivery as not to forget them when the time comes. Welcome to HubPages
